Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tkjm website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). tkjm is operated by its licensed parent entity and is made available to eligible users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and tkjm.
By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. tkjm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements
To register and use tkjm, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Players aged 18-20 are not eligible regardless of local law.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
- You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any tkjm employee or affiliated business partner.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update it promptly if it changes.
tkjm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or through the use of VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkjm uses KYC verification to confirm the identity of all players before processing withdrawals.
- You must provide a valid mobile number and email address at registration. Both are used for account security and verification communications.
- KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of your registered payment method.
- tkjm may request additional documentation at any time, including selfies with ID, utility bills, or source-of-funds declarations for high-value accounts.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
- tkjm reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to settling any outstanding legitimate balance.
Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. tkjm does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in all locations. If you are uncertain about the laws in your area, you should seek independent legal advice before using tkjm.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
tkjm accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment processors not listed on the deposit page, or payments made on behalf of another person.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and account verification status.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit. tkjm does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not withdraw funds regardless of balance.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.
- tkjm does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Mobile operator fees imposed by bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are outside tkjm's control and are borne by the player.
Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Depositing into an account with an active bonus constitutes acceptance of the bonus terms attached to that promotion. Players who do not wish to accept a bonus must contact support before making a deposit to which the bonus would be automatically applied.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
tkjm offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, and seasonal promotions timed around Bangladesh sporting and cultural events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms of each individual promotion:
- A bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotional period unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements (rollover) must be completed within the specified validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically.
- Free spins are credited to specified game titles only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- tkjm reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings from any player found to be exploiting promotions through irregular betting patterns, abuse of multiple accounts, or coordinated play.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash without satisfying wagering requirements, or applied to restricted games as specified in the promotion terms.
tkjm reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a technical error causes a bonus to be credited or a promotion to be displayed incorrectly, tkjm will correct the error and the corrected terms will apply. Players are encouraged to read the full promotion terms published on the relevant promotion page before participating.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkjm Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
- Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location or identity.
- Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share cards or game information, or manipulate the results of any game or sporting event.
- Using automated scripts, bots, AI tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Exploiting any bug, technical error, or software vulnerability on the Platform, whether to gain a financial advantage or otherwise.
- Conducting any transaction that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
tkjm employs automated risk monitoring and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, tkjm will act without prior notice. Any funds that are the proceeds of prohibited conduct — including bonus winnings derived from abuse — will be forfeited in full.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tkjm Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of tkjm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of tkjm. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tkjm and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in the display of odds, game results, account balances, or any other Platform information.
- Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your negligence, or any unauthorised access to your account.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
tkjm is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion periods, and reality check notifications. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated immediately through account settings or by contacting customer support.
Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which prevents access to the Platform for a chosen period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, tkjm will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
Governing Law, Disputes, and Amendments
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to tkjm's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. tkjm aims to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
tkjm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material, tkjm will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tkjm with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
